Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Elyze Solutions Sàrl (“Elyze”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit helvstack.com, sign in to console.helvstack.com, use the Helvstack CLI, or operate services through Helvstack.

Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, profile image, and identity-provider account identifier when you choose Google sign-in.
• Workspace data: organization membership, projects, service configuration, deployment metadata, domains, operation history, and audit events.
• Billing data: subscription status, plan, and payment references. Stripe processes card details; Helvstack does not store full payment-card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, authentication and security events, request metadata, and diagnostic logs.
• Support data: information you provide when contacting us.

How we use data

We use personal data to authenticate users, provide and secure the service, execute requested deployments, maintain auditability, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data or use Google account data for advertising.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in is optional. Helvstack requests only the basic OpenID Connect scopes needed to identify you:openid, email, and profile. Google's use of information is governed by Google's own privacy policy. You can revoke Helvstack's access from your Google Account permissions.

Processors and international access

We use service providers to operate Helvstack, including Infomaniak for Swiss infrastructure, Cloudflare for network and security services, Google for authentication, Stripe for billing, and transactional communication providers where applicable. Customer workloads are placed in Switzerland when the selected Helvstack service says so. Authentication, billing, support, and edge-security metadata may be processed by providers outside Switzerland under their contractual safeguards.

Cookies and local storage

Helvstack uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage for sign-in, session security, request integrity, and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention and security

We retain account and workspace data while your account or contract is active and afterwards only as needed for security, legal, billing, backup, and dispute-resolution purposes. Retention periods vary by data type. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, write-only handling for runtime secrets, and operational audit records. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
